Twitter, Amex To Launch Self-Serve Ad Platform To SMBs

In a partnership with American Express, Twitter will roll out the self-serve ad platform its been testing to 10,000 small and medium businesses next month. It will enable SMBs to manage their marketing campaigns and budgets without sales representatives. Only SMBs who accept or use American Express cards are eligible to use the platform.
